Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
